Donation Requests

Helping out and giving back to the community is an important part of the mission of the Black n Gold Girls! To help expedite this process, we have implemented the following guidelines to request a donation from us. For a gift basket or volunteer time donation, we need to receive the following information in FULL 60 DAYS prior to your event. Please copy and paste the following into an email and send to Cassandra@blackngoldgirls.com.

Date of Charity Event

Request from BnGG (raffle basket, request for volunteers, etc)

Will there be a program printed in association with the event?

Is there an opportunity for the Black n Gold Girls to be present at the event?

If you are requesting volunteer help for your event, please detail the following?

-          How many volunteers are needed?

-          What times is the time commitment of the volunteers (eg 7 am- 12 pm)?

-          Who is the primary volunteer contact?

-          What will the volunteers be tasked with for the event? Please be specific (registration table, selling raffle tickets, answering questions, etc)

If you are requesting a gift/raffle basket for your event, please detail the following?

-          What type of items are you looking for?

-          What is your suggested retail value of the basket?

-          Who will be responsible for picking up the basket?

-          Date the basket is needed?

We will make decisions on baskets/volunteers on a first come first serve basis. We will make every attempt to respond to your request, however, please be aware that we are flooded with requests and can not accommodate every request which comes in to us.

Please give us 60 days notice, this will improve your chances greatly!!
